Message From Our MD Kris Perbe

Today we all find ourselves in unprecedented and challenging times. The whole of our Baby Hamper Gift family – our staff, our customers and our partners – are extremely important to us and we are doing our very best to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our team, coupled with the continuous support for our customers.

At present, the team are all based and working from home, that includes our sales, marketing and design teams.  For our operation teams, including the creators of our hampers and gift sets, it’s  business as usual as they have always been home based and we have never operated from a warehouse.  The way we work is under constant review in line with government advice but at present, please rest assured that we still are taking and shipping orders.

There is no evidence at this current time to show that the Coronavirus can be spread via products. We are working closely to provide best practice and clear guidance to help prevent the spread of infection. 

Public Health England has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. We will continue to closely monitor all government and Public Health England advice on this matter. 

We appreciate these are extremely challenging times for all and we are a brand built on thoughtfulness and we are always doing all we can to encompass this, which includes:

  • Supporting our team to ensure that they can continue to work safely during these challenging times. 
  • Using positivity to lift our spirits with open communication amongst us and our customers and clients as we are stronger together. 
  • As a small team of mums, who need support now more than ever, we are also well rehearsed in putting the needs of others before our own and we will continue to live and work this way.

Orders under £59.99- £3.95 delivery fee

Orders over £60- Free delivery 

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days as each hamper and gift box is created and tailored to your specific requirements. Once your order has been dispatched for delivery you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Our Delivery Service is MyHermes, Parcel Force or Royal Mail which deliver between 1-2 working days, although we can track an item we cannot guarantee it will arrive in the timescales advised by the delivery agency, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic. All our gifts can be sent straight to your door or directly to the new parents as all invoices are sent electronically to the registered e-mail address and never included in the package.

STANDARD DELIVERY TO EUROPE

All Orders To All European Countries Carry A Standard Flat Rate Delivery Fee Of- £15

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days as each hamper and gift box is created and tailored to your specific requirements. Once your order has been dispatched for delivery you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Our Delivery Service is Parcel Force European Priority Service , this service delivers within 2-5 working days, although we can track an item we cannot guarantee it will arrive in the timescales advised by the delivery agency, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic. All our gifts can be sent straight to your door or directly to the new parents as all invoices are sent electronically to the registered e-mail address and never included in the package.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Please contact us by email at info@babyhampergift.co.uk if you require our next day delivery service for a small additional charge. We ask that you contact us before hand with the name of the hamper or gift set as sometimes we are unable to provide this service on all of our hampers and gifts. 

Please note that if you opt for next day delivery we may require up to 1 working day to create and send the gift on the next day delivery service. During the Covid-19 pandemic, we may not always be able to offer this service. 

PERSONALISED GIFTS

Will take between 2- 5 working days before dispatch.

WORKING DAYS

Monday – Friday 9:30am-5:30pm and exclude weekends, bank holidays and public holidays.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We double check everything before it is sent out as we are fully aware that many of our gifts would be purchased as time-critical gifts. We also put a lot of care into packaging each product to ensure it gets to its destination looking fantastic. We will always do our best to fulfil and deliver all orders within the specified timeframes. From time to time we may experience temporary shortages of some items through our suppliers that are out of our control, we will substitute those products for products of the same or superior quality. If we are unable to fulfil your order, for any reason, a refund for all monies already paid will be made to the account used.

If any gift delivered is faulty or damaged then we will replace it with either the same type of baby gift, of higher value if it is no longer available or a full refund will be given as long as the baby gift is returned in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase.

Please return your goods by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) and send to the following address:

On receipt of the returned goods Baby Hamper Gifts will examine them before arranging a refund, exchange or replacement. We will endeavour to do this within seven working days of receipt of the goods.

Please note that delivery charges are non refundable. 

If a gift is undelivered and returned to us, it is the responsibility of the sender to contact us to arrange re-delivery as we do not include any sender information with our gifts. Please note there is a charge for re-delivery. Unfortunately we cannot save an unclaimed gift for longer than 3 months. 

PERSONALISED GIFTS

It is your responsibility that you keep within your allocated character allowance for personalised items. We will process your order only using the letters of your characters within your allowance. We cannot refund items once they have been personalised as per your specification.
